Might be a canker sore, might be an abscess, might be pemphigus, might be a
burn, might be lichen planus, might be primary herpes, might be STD, might
be a cancer, might be a bunch of other things. Usually those are burns on
the roof of the mouth. Stop by the office here at 2:45 pm today and I will
have a look. Seriously, it needs to be looked at in person. call your
dentist. Probably no big deal, but why take chances ?

I would have asked how long he'd had it. No point in going to the
dentist every time you feel a blip that's going to heal inside a
couple of days.
