I use a tray and bleaching gel from my dentist to whiten my teeth.  So do I need a "whitening" toothpaste?

Meaning, will the whitening toothpaste in any way help "maintain" the
bleaching done by the gel (which my dentist told me to use once a month)?

Thanks.

No.  You will probably need to do one night of touch up every 3-6 months
with the trays.
