Oral-B Mouthwash - How to use?

I have bought an Oral-B Tooth and Gum Care, Alcohol Free Mouth Rinse.
500ml size.

The direction for use: Fill cap to 15ml. Rinse mouth throughly for 30
seconds and expel. Use twice daily.

Active Ingredients: Cetylpyridinium Chloride(CPC) 0.053% w/W, Sodium
Fluoride 0.05% w/W

My question is after rinsing the mouth throughly with the mouthwash
should I rinse throughly with water to remove the mint taste or not?

Is this mouthwash any good?

Could someone give me detailed instruction on how to use the mouthwash,
especially for whether I should rinse the mouth with water
(throughly/slightly/not at all) after using the mouthwash?

Thank you.

No, you shouldn't rinse at all for 30 minutes afterwards. It's best to
use it before going to bed.

It's a standard fluoride mouthwash, and it's good for helping to
prevent decay.

I have contradicting statements from people I know.

One say I SHOULD NOT not rinse with water (that includes you) after
using the mouthwash and go straight to bed.
The other say I SHOULD.

Could you or someone elaborate on using the mouthwash or point to
internet sources where I could get detailed usage instructions?

Thank you.

It gets complicated. Some people like to watch Friends or reruns of
Cheers before going to bed ......
