This is a PFM where the masking for the tooth has made the
tooth appear too opaque. It appears to be a little bulky. How old is
the crown?
I have a few suggestions that would make
the crown INVISIBLE to the world!

Even after I went through braces in my late twenties, my old crown

Is this correctable? Am I expecting too much? I just want my two front
teeth to be flush

other. The new crown
doesn't stick out that much, but it still feels and looks noticeable
to me. : (
Can this be corrected? Is this something to where they will have to
redo the post? Can I
have the front bulk of the new crown taken down somewhat, to avoid the
"jutting out"
effect?
To be honest guys, my dentist had a bear of a time with the lab in
just getting the correct
shade of the crown to match my neighboring teeth. I dread going back
to him and telling
him that I still don't like the new crown.
Please help!
If you guys want more pictures, just tell me.
Thanks guys! : )

I would start with gum surgery to make the emergence of the teeth more
even from the gums to the tip. Then, I'd sculpt down the lateral edge of
the wide tooth and equalize the incisal edges. If the crown can take it,
then I'd polish it up and see how long it will last. If the crown wears
prematurely, then it would have to be re-done, and there may even have
to be a veneer on the other central to even things out.
This sounds radical, I know, but I don't see any other solution.
Hope you get other suggestions.
