How come we never see any scientific studies on this? I used the old
model WaterLase in perio pockets all the time when it was still
functioning, and I never say any superior results.

Unfortunately, the author of that website doesn't reference any specific
studies. I'm gonna Google Scholar 'Laser Periodontal Therapy' later and
I'll post what comes up.

In the present case, all that is being done is de-epithelializing the
inside of the pocket with Laser light, much like you do with your
curettes.

Again, I didn't see any real advantage, and there are no studies that I
am aware of.
