NTI with a bridge or implants?

If there are upper implants replacing the incisors can an NTI be placed on
the lower teeth and prevent clenching?  If there is a bridge on the upper
teeth, can an NTI be put on the upper teeth safely without endangering the
structural integrity of the bridge?
