A friend of mine has very bad teeth and wants to have them all pulled
and get dentures.  He was examined by a dentist awhile ago who said
that none of his teeth are worth saving.

About how much will this cost, to have all his teeth extracted, and get
the dentures?  I know it's not possible to give an exact estimate with
so little information, I'm just looking for a ballpark figure.
Probably with the least expensive dentures possible, but that are
functional, look OK, etc.

Thanks!

How many extractions are required? A bare bones denture might be $500
to $600 per denture. One is needed for the upper and another one for
the lower.

Many dental insurances are in this range.

One DentalTown dude charges $10,000 for denture(s).

WoW!

There are many dental discount plans out there. First check if Blue
Cross & Blue Shield offers BLUE DENTAL CARE in your state. It is like
$14 a month and you get free xrays and such. According to my fee book
dentures are  $375 each + LAB. Also try Ameriplan.

All bad ideas.

There is no such thing as a 'free lunch'.

Get your friend an appointment with a dentist.

It is impossible to even venture a guess.
