RE

Whats worse if that this specific dentist, is not the dentist I was
referring too when flap stole images... it was a guy named sameer.
This dentist's name is Thomas.

2 people who you pissed off. I have always thought there was a code of
ethics between dentists, and you just break them all.

Are you sure I am lying???? Whats worse, is I wont respond to you. You
just look like a fool.

ABOUT IMAGES ......

This brings up an interesting point about copyright law. Fair Use
Exclusions (1979) include republishing for literary or scientific
criticism. So let's say I grab a DentalTown image and load it up at
www.tinypic.com. Next, I rightly or wrongly describe what I think is
no good about the dentistry.

Fine.

If Sam or anyone else hollers, they are going to be hollering in the
wind.

Its a FAIR USE of the image. Its my opinion and I stand behind it.. If
someone tries to hammer me with a libel suit, I will double hammer him
back with a SLAPP suit. Ask Ilena Rose (Rosenthal) how that works. She
is a kind of clever little lady.

Now if I upload it to Justin's site, and Justin has a relationship
with some dentists, then its Justin's call.

What do people think?

Avoid exposing others to needless litigation.
That is... If you care anything about the other person.

Flap's Reply:

Joel, you got it RIGHT.

SLAPP suits can be on a contingency basis and very rewarding for
attorneys.

This is why when Rod Kurthy threatened to sue me I had to laugh.

Hell, his stuff was not even patented or copyrighted.
