Sure, all you have to do is find someone who has the book, convince them to
scan each and every page of the book, convert the images to an eBook format
(.txt. .lit. .html. etc) ignore copyright restrictions, and risk legal
problems by posting the eBook where you can download it.

I am not so sure it will ever be an eBook as this is not very high on
the New York Times Best Sellers List.
