We have around 26 forums about which Dental Talk at Sci.Med.Dentistry i
but one.

Here is an example that I copied over here as it is best answered b
those who are knowledgeable in Cerec. I sure find this interesting an
I would want to present as good an answer as possible to this patient.

Why?

What this guy is saying many other patients ~ your patients ~ ar
thinking!

Ijust to get more money out of my root canal procedure :( ?

i recently had to have my root canal retreated. i have reason t
believe he did a crap job on both the root canal AND the crown.

- do dishonorable dentists ever use cerec just because it costs more

- is it reasonable to expect a dentist who uses cerec on you t
 inform you of other alternatives?
- do dentists ever use cerec -exclusively- in their office? had
known better, could i have asked him NOT to use cerec?

thank you for sharing your professional opinion,

a patient

Flap's Reply:

Granted Joel that dentalcom.net has a number of topics but no posts in
them except the ones generated at SMD.

So, why bother with dentalcom?

Just post in SMD and be done with it.

Now, what was your point again?

Actually, that's not completely true.

Here is a screen-capture of some other forums. Please note there is no
Steve Mancuso, no Carabelli, no Stove Pipe, and very few from me. There
are many recent posts by other people, discussions by others, dentists,
non-dentists, whatever, that have lots to do with dentistry.

Joel,

Alot of those posts were made many weeks or months ago.

Now that Justin has split the feeds you can see that the dcom posts
were only a few each day compared to SMD.
