Here's a 3rd.make an NTI, it will function as a Lucia jig or anterior
deprogrammer.

I vote for placing an NTI for a couple of weeks first. IF the patient
presents with the NTI in his/her mouth, they will close right into a much
better CR than you can manipulate them to. IF they are a full denture
patient, then it gets tough.
