Hey, I recently had my lower teeth extracted and implants placed. In a
few months I'll have a bar attachment placed for a full overdenture.
I've alway had a problem with grinding my teeth at night. Could this
possibly be a concern with the bar attachment.? Could I grind into that
at night? If so, is there a solution to prevent it? Something like a
night guard.

Yes it could be.

A night guard could be made to protect the bar.

Are you grinding now on your provisional partial detnure?
