I've been without a bridge for 7 years. The metal part to which the
bridge was attached has become imbedded in my gums. Would it
take a great deal of work to remove it? Possibly get a new bridge?

no problem to remove.
Your teeth may have drifted and adjunctive treatment may be required to
place a new bridge or implant.
This can range from orthodontics with or without mini implants to
osseous(bone) surgery to root canals.
good luck.

No root canal, hopefully. Had one before, wasn't too pleasant. Was
told
I can get a partial but no bridge because insurance won't cover a
bridge...$1600!

I got some advice ..... every case is a new case as
of today. Do not dwell on what went wrong in the past.
There is no changing that. Instead, focus on the future.

SOMETHING LIKE THIS:

#1 ... Here are my teeth and my dental condition.,

#2 .... Here are my resources for fixing up my teeth.

#3 ...... Now get three treatment plans and pick the best one!
