NTI for denture patient.

Have a patient with F/, lower natural having
some joint pain.

Any hints on constructing an NTI for this patient ?

Am thinking making a wide daytime on the lower.

Jim Boyd talks of using a suck-down matrix over the U/CD and add some self
cure acrylic to make the DE.  Make it so that it snaps on and off the CD

Any need for a separating media between the denture
and the matrix material ?

Make a stone model of the denture, and you should be able to vacuum form it
with no separator.
