Well thanks to your alls advice I had an NTI device
made.

I had to have one made to fit lower teeth tho

Have worn it three nights now and so far so good. Took
a bit to get used to it tho.

Question.... this device is small. Hard to handle.

What is best way to clean it daily?  Maybe use some
foaming denture cleaner?

My dentist said it might not be wise to brush it as its
made of Lexan and might scour it. True?

Thanks for any advice

Manufacturer recommends denture cleansers.

I use a toothbrush on my own.  (after brushing my teeth so that the
toothpaste is very dilute)

I've been happy with the denture cleanser method. I buy the cheapo
Walgreen's or other generic tablets, then break them in quarters. Each
quarter is about right to fizz up the little rectangular NTI container
when filled with water. Note that the hotter the water, the better the
fizz. I've come home after 12 hours to find the tablet undissolved in
water that didn't start out warm. The package lasts for months when you
just use 1/4 tablet per day.
