Temporarily recementing adhesive bridge

Hi,

one of my front teeth is an adhesive bridge (this one tooth bridge with
these two little metal wings). This is a provisional solution till the
end of November when I will get an implant. I'm a German working in
California till mid-November. That's why I can't get my implant
earlier. However, my adhesive bridge came off and I went to a dentist
having him recementing it. My insurance unfortunately doesn't cover
dental treatment on that bridge, so I had to pay the $200 for
recementing it myself. The bridge already came off again after two
weeks. My dentist in Germany then sent me some temporary cement and I
recemented the bridge myself. The temporary cement I am using right now
is Kerr TempBond, which is unfortunately not that strong. So I have to
recement my bridge on a daily basis, sometimes even more often,
although I am really careful when eating. This is going to really annoy
me. So I was wondering if there's an affordable stronger cement, maybe
someone can recommend one. I already discovered Kerr Maxcem and Kerr
Nexus2 but they are about $350 each! Or maybe someone knows another
temporary solution?

Any help appreciated!

Have a local dentist sand blast the inner surface of the bridge, then use
Panavia.  It should hold for a few months that way.
