Hi, friends,
I am in my early 30s and I have a little underbite problem. I wanna
correct this.
I also have 4 wisdom teeth. Will it help to extract the 4 wisdom teeth
before I do orthodontics to correct my underbite problem? Right now,
my wisdom teeth are not bothering me at all.
Thanks.

We can't tell from here - it won't help with the underbite but may be a
complicating factor if you choose to have orthodontic treatment
. Most orthodontists will give a consultation at no cost. They will need
to see a radiograph (x-ray) to evaluate your third molars ( wisdom teeth).
Check with your regular dentist to find out if there is a recent radiograph
of that area. If not expect to be charged by the ortho for the x-ray. Then
you can be advised about both the underbite and wisdom teeth.

It really is impossible to make a determination without seeing you. Call
your dentist and find out what he/she says, and then if you have questions,
make sure you ask them! Also, consider getting a second opinion on treating
something that could be quite involved. Good luck.

Consult with an orthodontist in person first.
