I´d like to know what bleaching you use in your practices.  I
personally like the Opalessence 15% nite-guard because I can switch to
potassium nitrate at night if the sensitivity is too painful.

I´ve heard Laser bleaching causes a lot of sensitivity, would you
agree?

I also used opalessence 35% single appointment bleaching with Hydrogen
peroxide, but amazingly the whitening receded to the prior tone in
about 2 weeks.  I guess it just de-mineralized enamel, and this
appeared as a whiter tone.

What are your experiences in bleaching?
