What is the soft tissue area directly under the tougue pretty much where the
tounge attaches as well as rests when not using? Not the boney bart closer
to the bottom teeth but back further where it feels soft and mushy?

Don't get all technical and scientific on us, Roy.

Is that your El~J?

Maybe someone might know the proper Latin term, but I don't seem to recall the
general area being called anything else. Seriously, I pulled out a couple of
texts and it is the term used. A quick Google image search brings up many
images. I'm feeling a little brain dead today maybe some has a more appropriate
term.......

Floor of the mouth is a like a geographical term like "roof of the
mouth" is a geographical term.  The anatomy contained in those areas
would certainly have specific names.

What does "Is that your El ~J?" mean?

Yes, I know you didn't write "Is that your El ~J?" ... but I couldn't
quite figure out who did.  So I was just asking a question to readers,
in general, thinking that maybe the one who wrote it would notice and
clarify.

I  confess, I made the typo.

I meant to say ...
"Is that you El~J ?" in reference to the original post "james"
<jimbo@jimmy.jim>, who might have been someone known to frequent s.m.d. that
uses variations of the name Jim.

Ah Hah!!!  I thought it was you ... but ... it is hurricane season and
El ~J is probably responsible! (Something the old-timers will understand)
