H2O2 1.5% is a good mouthwash.
Don't swallow it.
The mouthwash doesn't sound all that *special*.
I doubt it works.

IANAD but generaly the mouth has two kinds of bacteria in it aerobic or
oxygen loving and anaerobic or oxygen hating. The Anorobic bacteria
tend to be involved in gum diseases and bad breath, while the aerobic
don't and the aerobic tend to inhibit the anaerobic bacteria. Hydrogen
Peroxide releases oxygen which kills a lot of the bad guys without
hurting the good guys much. The alcohol tends to kill the good guys
quicker.
Hydrogen Peroxide is used in several tooth pastes, and mouth washes,
and have been recomended by many dentists. You should try not to
swallow toothpaste or mouth wash, but my guess is that the Sodium
Lauryl Sulfate, a detergent will probably make you vomit, before any
other chemical in the product hurts you.

Peroxide rinses and toothpastes don't release nearly enough oxygen in
the areas they'd have to in order to significantly influence bacterial
populations where the periodontal bacterial do their dirty work, nor is
the oxygen present nearly long enough.
Furthermore, while many of the bacteria implicated in periodontal
disease are anaerobes or facultative anaerobes, the bacteria most
closely associated with caries are certainly aerobic.
Many people are sensitive to sls. Somewhere recently someone posted a
list of non-sls toothpastes--I should look for it and post it again.
