Brushes for wisdom teeth

Are there any tooth brushes made specifically for wisdom teeth? I find a
conventional tooth brush difficult to manuever back there.

There are various smaller brushes available. Your dentist should have a
supply of them if your local druggist does not.

Ask your dentist to make you a 'custom' brush.

Easily done by modifying a standard brush.
