Freaking juice started to eat at my pallet, I had to stop and make a few pics to see what is there. And you didn't say. Although there are some spots of decay to be seen on your images I think because pf your image names you have probs with your gums. I can see an injured part on your front tooth 12. It could be burnt or something. The rest looks fine for me. Please lat your dentist have a look at your front teeth. Decay is perfectly seen on image 6. And also First molar right upper jaw (16) needs also treatment. Just got my Thunderbird reinstalled after a long while so I missed the older images. But the decay is te be treated. Go outside your network and pay cash if you have to. It needs to be evaluated. You may have primary herpes, you may have an erosive form of necrotizing gingivitis, or you may even have a sarcoma. Most lesions are benign and require only palliative therapy, but why take chances? No way to give you a specific diagnosis from an internet photo.
