help!  i need vertical dimension in order to gain a proper bite. am 54.
problem is...12 old existing crowns and some lost tooth structure due
to reflux.  to date: 3 prosodontists, one bailed out for full mouth,
the other insists on orthodontics first and the other i didn't feel
comfortable with.  i know new crowns means losing tooth structure and
the risk of orthodontics is fracture of the thin teeth, relapse and gum
problems and time-am not getting any older.  i have so many questions
and professionals will not take the time even at $200 per hour for
consults...i'd gladly pay in order to be to make an informed decision.
any comments or personal experience would be appreciated.  thanks.
