Newbie here - just want to pass along some info - someone in the family
thought he had a TMJ condition - woke up every morning with jaw in pain
- bought a Tempurpedic pillow - yeah - expensive at about 150 dollars,
but never had another episode with jaw pain. So, maybe it's just your
pillow, even if you don't spring for the Temp. He's sleeping more
soundly too, fwiw.

I had the same thing until I sprung
for a bag of marshmallows ..... I lightly
position one or two between my molars
before I hit the sack, to resist chewing while I am asleep.

And have someone ready to call EMS when you choke on it during your sleep

REPLY

I have trained my tongue to baslance the
marshamallow to the precise position so
it does not slip out into the mucobuccal fold .....

For those who may be confused, just get
the NTI. I am only fooling with you guys.

Probably due to the person now sleeping on his/her back rather than on their
belly.
