Cavity reason to have wisdom teeth pulled?

I went in for my 6 month exam/cleaning in March and they saw a cavity on one
of my widsom teeth  Said they could either fill it (but would be tough) or I
should have all of my wisdom teeth pulled. Should I got through the pain and
expense (out of pocket) to have them pulled (I'd insist on going under)? Or
should I just get the cavity filled? I'm 28 y/o, wisdom teeth grew in fine
and are causing no other problems.

I am a filler rather than a puller, although I have yanked many thousands of
teeth!

Its a tooth! If its erupted, then there is room for it. Fill it and be done
with your dental woes. How are your other teeth by the way?

Did you ask why pull them all when you only have a cavity in one of them?
Also, I would rethink "going under"  I have had two wisdom teeth pulled in my
life, one of them was difficult and one of them was a non-event.  Your oral
surgeon should be able to givve you an idea of what it will be in your case.

Yo Vaughn!

In Florida, you know they have twofers.
Well this guy's dentist is providing a four-fer.

Just that if I was going to have one pulled, I should have them all pulled.
It's difficult to brush way back there.

There is no way to provide you with realistic advice without a physical
examination.  If you cannot keep these teeth clean, you are often better off
without them.  If they are functional and you keep them clean, you are
better off with them in place.  If the dental office refuses to use amalgam,
they may not be capable of getting adequate isolation to place a resin
filling where the decay is.  Who knows?

True, same as combing my hair in the back.
Its tough to see what is going on. They want
to perform electrolysis back there but I won't let them.
