Hi I am a new member to this group. Could anyone please tell me of any
effective whitening treatements. And probaly the least expensive as I
am only a student and cant afford to much. I am a bit self conscious
about my teeth because of there colour. When I talk to people I always
think they are looking at my teeth. If anyone could help that would be
great.

Thanks

Jemma

For dramatic, one day results, an 'in office' power bleach will do
the trick (Britesmile, Zoom).

Some research has shown that over the long term 6-12 months, there isn't
much difference.  Tray bleach systems are much less expensive and just
as effective *over time*.

White strips and some other OTC stuff will work, but are more
troublesome to use and by the time you get results, they may cost
as much as a lot of offices charge for the tray systems.

Bottom line is to be realistic in your expectations.  1-2 shades lighter
are the norm for the long term and all systems need periodic touch ups.

JMO,
Fawks
