Shadding of decay primary teeth

Hi,
I need some advice on whether I should send my 6 years old son to
extract his badly decay front teeth.
His teeth start to decay when he was 4 years old. Now at 6 years old,
four of his front teeth are decay badly.

Some people say that the front decay teeth will not shed naturally and
the permanent teeth will not erupt properly. Is that true?

I also read about, if primary teeth was extract too early, it will
disrupt the teeth spacing and the permanent teeth will not erupt
properly.

Please advice.

Yes. You should take your son to his dentist, about once every six months.

We haven't seen your son's teeth. His dentist can.

Definitely bring him to see a dentist and decide for extraction. Badly
decayed, do u mean very very deep ones? If the decay are deep into the pulp
and into the nerve and you leave them alone, it is possible that the
permanent teeth will not form/develop properly underneath.

Premature lost of baby teeth are likely to cause future spacing problems and
you know the consequences right? The child will probably have difficulty
cleaning the teeth at home properly and can cause periodontal problems in
the future.

Please consult a dentist immediately.
