Office overhead

I've looked but can't find this info: What is the target percentage of
overhead from rent or office lease payments? For a practice producing 500K
would 5500/month be out of wack (~10%) ?

That's about the same percentage that I'm paying (though the
corporation
is paying me personally).  If it's a great location, it is probably
worth
it.  If it isn't, I'd look around for something better.
