I have very sensitive gums and my lower inside lip is also sensitive. Would
someone recommend a whitening strip that will address this problem. My teeth
are quite stained.  I don`t want to buy strips that will bother the inside
of my mouth. Thanks.

its better to use bleaching tray systems :))
