For many day to day problems that cause the jitters or nervousness, whether
about tooth pain, going to the dentist, or just plain pain, this may be of
help. It was discussed once before, but did not connect it to what it can
do. Inositol is a B-5 vitamin, it was told to me, and when taken with the
other B vitamins, it has the capacity to calm a person down, it is the one
vitamin that works on the brain, thereby being helpful in changing our
thinking. We cannot always get the pain pills one needs, and this seems
to be somewhat of a remedy to help in more ways than one.
However, continued use seems to cause a depression, so much does it calm a
person. So I think it is best used occasionally for a day or two when the
situation calls for calmness.
Much of this is what I have experienced, so it is not a scientific opinion.
But working on the brain was told to me by someone I trust.
I only wish the institutions would adopt this for the times when needed, but
you know, you can't tell the doctors anything. They know it all.

Forgot to mention in previous post, Inositol comes in 500mg. capsules at the
health stores. Consider this an opinion only.
