hi all. I'm a hygienist. Before, when my patients asked me the reason of why
they are very sensitive when recieved scaling on the anterior teeth, I would
answered there are more nerve concentrate on the anterior teeth ( which was
the answer came from the dentists around me). But I would really want to
know is that coorect? and also Is there anyone can tell me the answer in
more detail?

Root morphology with pronounced proximal root concavities and lateral
proximity of cementum to pulpal tissue. Plus, the incisors tend to
have more recession. Add in the likelihood of parafunctional forces
causing pulpal hyperemia.
