has anyone had a porcelian crown put in wrong and have it fall out in
about 3 weeks? mine fell out friday and i called the dentist but he
was gone and said he would put it in monday well i lost it i dont know
if i swallow it or not are they responsible to replace it free since
they didnt put it in right cause there is no reason it shouldnt have
fell out so soon and for 800 dollars i feel it should have stayed in

When you called him, did you have the crown in your possession and
after the call did you then stick it back in your mouth and THEN lose
it again?
Tricky one.
In my opinion though, your dentist should be completely responsible
for making you a new crown free of charge. NO permanent crown should
fall out 3 weeks later.
