Hi, My two front teeth are complete bonding. All I had was a piece left to
connect a bonding agent to and a Wonderful Dentist created 2 new front teeth
for me made of nothing but bonding. I have had these two teeth for several
years..The work could not get any better but I know they will not last in
the long run. I need to get a partial next to one of the bonded two front
teeth that fills in the rest of my teeth on top. Is it better to get a
partial that also includes two front teeth or could I have the front teeth
implanted ? IM so confused at what is the best solution I have not even
started any kind of goal about this but it is such an important situation I
do not know what my best solution is. I need Help.  ...Thanks...MC

I would leave the good ones alone for now  ... if and when .... add to
the partial denture, depending on the circumstances .....

Did trauma cause the loss of these two front teeth?
Are the roots still there?

If you are young (<25) and you still have the roots, you should get post
and core build ups, and crowns. This should last 10-25 years and then
implants should be used. If you are over 35 and/or the roots are gone,
you should get implants. You will need to get a partial for the 8-12
months it takes for the implants to be inserted and finished.
