I was talking to a friend the other day about how awesome my dentist
is. The subject of cost quickly comes up. I tell him it costs me 1k for
a crown. 500 from insurance and 500 from my own checkbook. Now this
isn't an ordinary metal crown. they take a "cast" and match it to my
teeth. Looks just like the real thing.

The dentist tells me if the tooth breaks (its allready had a root
canal) it would cost me ALOT more to have it fixed unless i go this
route soon.

What do you guys think?
Any comments, complaints or flames are appreciated.

Cool.

Are you getting hosed?

Assuming he is not a volunteer fireman, NO!

A fair fee is the fee that buyer and seller agree upon.

A good crown is priceless.

A poor crown will trouble you forever.
