Hi, If you get implants, (Tooth Not Breast) Do you have to get a Sinus lift

For upper back teeth, the implant patient often needs a sinus lift procedure
done.  It does not effect how the patient looks

Nope.

And you do not need Dr. Scholl's lifts either.

That depends on the relationship of the implant to the sinus.  It is
determined on a case by case basis.
