Someone is selling an instructional video of his on eBay. I've never heard of
the guy. $80 for a 1hr presentation seems a little pricey if I never heard of
the person before. It does not sound like my kind of dentistry, but I'm always
looking for new techniques. Wondered if it might be worth buying. (Item number:
5958786291) Below is a copy of the Bio they provide with the listing:

Dr. Viener graduated from Loyola University of the South in 1955 with a Doctor
of Dental Surgery Degree.  Upon graduation he received the Alpha Omega award for
attaining the highest scholastic standing for four years of dental school.  Dr.
Viener spent three years as an intern and resident in oral and maxillofacial
surgery at Charity Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana.  In 1958 he entered the
Air Force as a captain and was the chief of Oral Surgery at Eglin Air Force Base
in Ft. Walton Florida from 1958 to 1960.  In 1960 he opened a private practice
in oral surgery in Coral Gables, Florida.  He became a board certified in oral
and maxillofacial surgery in 1963.  Dr. Viener is past president of the South
Dade Dental Society and past president of the Dade County Dental Research
Clinic.  He has published six papers in four different journals and co-authored
a book on Myofunctional Therapy wit Dan Garliner.  In 1983 he accepted a
position with First Dental Care in the Tampa, Florida area as managing doctor
for 12 offices and has been doing general dentistry since that time.  It was
during this time he developed his denture techniques.  He practiced over 20
years in an office that produced over 1000 units of removable prosthetics a
year.

Anyone have an opinion?

It sounds familiar but I guess I was thinking of Dr. Viener-Schnitzel,
who is a different guy.
