Hi There,
I really do need some professional help here.
I've had my teeth bleached recently using 15% peroxide gel. I've done
10 consecutive nights and achieved an OK-ish result. I was originally
very happy with it though my teeth didn't come out as bright and white
as I expected. At least they were whiter.
Approximately 4 or 5 weeks after the treatment I noticed that black
marks started to appear. Originally only the teeth at the back carried
the staining, which was specifically located near the gums. Now as the
days go by the stains seem to move forward towards to front teeth,
still mostly concentrated on the gum area. I haven't even considered
bleaching my teeth again. I'd just like to be able to repair whatever
damage I may have caused by doing this.
So, if there's any dentists out there who feel they could suggest what
actions to take please help.
If it means recoating my teeth with the enemal that's gone missing
then I'll do it.
I just want to get this sorted out.
Any serious help will be appreciated.
Many thanks
Regards
Luana

Almost certainly the marks are unrelated to the bleaching. It's
probably just staining from food, drink, smoking etc.
Perhaps the stain is more obvious on your newly white and bright smile,
perhaps you're just looking harder.
Bleaching is no substitute for oral hygiene!
