Hi
   Had a tooth extraction a month ago (lower left back) because I had an
abcess beneath it. For first 3 weeks I had a ditch in my gum which is
supposedly normal but now a lump has appeared in the ditch. Is this normal
or is this an infection?

    Anything we'd say here would just be a guess.

I'm now 200 miles away from my dentist and dont think I can get to see
another one :(

There is no pain atleast..
