Hi all,
I've just had some cosmetic work done on my teeth. My four front teeth were
crooked so they were filed down and had inceram crowns stuck on. The
dentists assure me that I can eat as per normal but I am a little bit
apprehensive about biting down on tough meat, fruit etc, like I would have
done with my normal teeth.
Anyone with any knowledge or experience with inceram please post your
thoughts.

I agree. Switch from tough meat to gentler cuts.

The worst damage to teeth is often when there is no food in the
mouth at all, but when the teeth are contacting each other during
stages of sleep.
What you eat will probably have little to do with the success of
your restorations. If you clench them together at night, all
bets are off.
I recommend an NTI in cases such as yours (which are extremely
common).
