I'm trying to document the correlation between certain types of
orthodontic disease and cellbow.

If anyone has a case they can quote, I'd be greatful

You mean the with the increased usage of cell phones and the
concomittant incidences of cellphone elbow, that there are no known
increases in the incidence of orthodontic disease? I find that hard to
believe.
