I'm not going to comment on this much until I get some more facts.

Either it is the dentists rebelling to the necessary guidelines, or it could be
harassment. As a former owner and director of daycare centers, there are indeed
inspectors wo are way out of line and will harass. If this is the case, I would
order them off my property.

I am sending this on to one who will know. He is very busy and may not reply,
if he does, I will then respond.
