I need to know what to do.  I have 2 molars (upper left and right quadrant)
next to my wisdom tooth that are rotted halfway.  I don't believe it can be
saved with a root canal.  I want to extract it and have call several
endodontist but they don't do extractions.  Should I be calling a regular
dentist or somebody else?

I do not mean no-nonsense as in any pejorative sense for the NONSENSE
dentists ...... I mean get yourself to the doc who can yank the tooth
if that is what is needed without whitening it first!

Yes, call a 'regular' general dentist and either they will treat the teeth
or refer you to the appropriate specialists.

Telephone an oral surgeon straight away.  If the teeth need to come out then
why waste the time and money going to a middle man first.

But if a guy goes to the dentist, I thought that a tooth cannot be
pulled without whitening, scaling and root planing, and an NTI.

NTI is after denture...keeps the teeth from wearing...
