I just had the last 14 teeth removed just before xmas I had a few jags to
numb my gums and they were removed in the one sitting the day after I had
some pain in my gums and felt something hard in the socket I went back to
the dentist and she removed a piece of bone .Now I have found another piece
of bone in the same socket and more in another 4 sockets I also have 2 lumps
in my gum.Shoul the dentist x-ray my gums to make sure she gets all further
pieces of bone removed

    Usually unnecessary, unless there is particular discomfort in one or
another area.  Some of these small fragments don't show up too well on
x-ray.
    BTW, it is not unusual to have a couple of pieces of bone push through
the gum, esp. if the teeth were badly infected.

I have osteoradionecrosis  and still feal the sockets are not healing
properly
what would be your best advice

This may not be the correct terminology.
Where did the condititon arise?

    If you have confirmed osteoradionecrosis, you should get back to the
dentist immediately.  This is a completely different situation from a
routine sequestration after an extraction.
    Quite likely you will need to be managed by an oral and maxillofacial
surgeon.  Again, do not wait--if you even think you may have
osteoradionecrosis.

Did or do you have oral cancer and had radiation therapy in the
mouth????

I believe the diagnosis was made by Jan Drew ... over the internet of
course.
