Were we duped by Keri?

IMO, Keri did not play a practical joke on our group.  We are not to be
looked upon as poor sports because we can't take a joke.

I say she duped our group.  She took advantage of the time and energy of
many people and selfishly, she did not take this into consideration.

SP wants to know what I sniffed in the individual that the others did
not.  I guess it's a "talent" of mine.  I pay very close attention to
the details of what people write.  In time, after reading the posts of
many people, I play the game much the way people play "I can name that
tune in ? notes."  I don't appreciate people taking advantage of others.

Sure, some of us learned things about the fluoride issues.  I happened
to learn about some things that Keri did not even recognize as being of
concern to her own agenda.

Do these people get paid by the post to "expose issues"?  Do they get
paid by the hour, the week ... who pays them, if they are paid?  If they
aren't paid by someone, why would anyone want to be busted over and over
again because they do their "job" so poorly?

I also think that "the Keris" are instructed somehow in the matter of
which regs of a newsgroup to avoid.  In this case, it was a classic case
of "avoid Webby at all cost and if it is not possible, be defensive and
begin name calling with reference to Webby's activities".  If you
notice, these people rarely work alone.  You will notice that Keri will
not be the only recent arrival to depart when "she" does.

Main Entry: 2dupe

Function:   transitive verb

Inflected Form(s):   duped; dup?ing
: to make a dupe of

- dup?er noun
synonyms DUPE, GULL, TRICK, HOAX mean to deceive by underhanded means.
DUPE suggests unwariness in the person deluded. GULL stresses
credulousness or readiness to be imposed on (as through greed) on the
part of the victim. TRICK implies an intent to delude by means of a ruse
or fraud but does not always imply a vicious intent. HOAX implies the
contriving of an elaborate or adroit imposture in order to deceive.

Heh heh, but you cleverly lead people to think that you don't.

Not so sure about that one, I seem to recall times when some regulars have taken
on alter egos which have suddenly appeared and then disappeared. One of the
first things I wonder when I see newbie's repeatedly posting in the group is
whether or not it is one or more of the regulars having a little fun. X-post
headers usually indicate it is someone Joel is reeling in especially if it is
from a group such as alt.something.weird. Finally I consider the individuals to
be similar to those that just left.

Poor Sabra.

Her moods change often.

Se was very unkind to Keri.

Someone stepped out and another stepped in

Notice the new "Jan Drew" of the most recent posts. It gets easier and
easier to spot the changes in the poster.

This possibility is not improbable nor is it impossible. Therefore...

Poor Sabra, still hunting down people. Making all kinds of claims.

She asks if I had e-mailed her, then she seems to think I went to visit her.

She's a suck up brown noser and a biddy body.

All for the attention she needs so badly.

You make an excellent point, Roy.
