How do parents keep the fluoride down with 1 ppm being one mg per liter? Joel As per this from Keri a patient: Consensus with Aden.... whatever (don't remember how to spell it). I am still researching the subject and hoping Joel finds some dentists that know a bit more, like if if 2 mg will really cause fluorosis. In the meantime, I will be doing the same thing (research). I am implementing the great advice I have gotten here (removing fluoride and distilled water) until I can find out how much my kids need and how much will cause fluorosis. I would expect the ADA to publish data that shows the absolute minimum Fl necessary to reduce caries and affect no fluorosis.
