I need some help from the dentistry community
I want an alcohol based mouthwash that includes Sodium flouride, so it
has the antiseptic power of alcohol and the strengh to fight cavities.
Have not foun any white papers against this application, but there is
no such product on the market, can anyone tell me why?
Please let me know if there is any info on this subject
Thanx

ACT? x2T ICY Cool Mint Mouthwash and ACT? x2T ICY Spearmint Mouthwash
contain alcohol (11%).
ACT? Rinse contains 0.05% sodium fluoride, which is equivalent to 0.0226% of
the fluoride ion.
Depends on your location as to whether or not you can obtain the above
mouthwash. Why not google a few other brands and check their ingredient
lists?
Chemical suppliers note that NaF is difficult to dissolve in alcohol, which
may be why you are having trouble finding such a product.
Hope this helps,
C.

Any mouthwash not containing hydrogen peroxide solution
or a work - alike substance is useless for its intended purpose.
Alcohol-based mouthwashes are effective for up to an entire minute
after use. Sometimes less.
Hydrogen peroxide solution is readily available, cheap,
safe and effective.
Fluoride rinses are available without alcohol. I don't
know if they contain peroxide or an analog, though.
