dental implants in Costa Rica

Has anyone out there been to Costa Rica for dental implants?  It is
much cheaper and it is said that the dentists are educated in the U.S.
and board certified here. I'm hesitant to try this without checking
with someone who has done this.  $850 per tooth compared to $4000 per
tooth here in the U.S.

Around here there's a guy who advertises $900 for the implant .....
