I'm pretty sure that any toothbrush will do just a good of job as any other one, provided you use it correctly. I'd find the one you like to hold in your hands, and works well for you. The Cochrane review on manual vs powered toothbrushes concluded that only one type of electric toothbrush, the rotating oscillating toothbrush, consistently demonstrated a statistically significant benefit over manual toothbrushes. But as far as I know, pretty much all the higher-end Oral-bs (those with a charger) are rotating oscillating.
