You might also want to get all the dentists together to sign a letter
sent by certified mail to AOL advising them of her abusiveness and
sending them a copy of her posts.

You might include a warning to AOL that failure on their part to take
action may result in litigation. If you are serious you could all hire
an internet attorney specializing in internet law to send the letter
in preparation for a class action law suit.
