We can discuss by-laws and vote on them and elect our officers and board of
directors at the first formal meeting.  Instead of dues, we have to bring in
an un-triturated capsule of amalgam.

Perks will be discussed at the previous mentioned inaugural meeting.  We
could get discounts on filtering software.  Free autographed pictures of
Joel M. Eichen (my hero).  I plan on having an interactive computer game
written.  It will be similar to playing darts.  You get three shots each.
Newsgroup networking so we can play against each other.  The bull's-eye will
have JD's picture on it.  The twenty point spot will be Nadine, Keith
Kilovolt, Parentof Teen, and some of the other thrilling
cyber-personalities.  The ten point spots will be various quack science
links offered by our friends in the other spots.  Various famous postings of
theirs will fill in the radial point positions on the board.  The darts will
be in the shape of amalgam capsules, thermometers, syringes, endo files,
ortho pliers, etc.  Animated graphics for each point scored will simulate
packing amalgam on the face of the personality you hit.

Plus, we will give out discounts for attendance at the next SMD Study Club
Meeting to card carrying members of this group.

We need a few more members before we can incorporate as a non-profit entity,
so come on folks,,,,,,, sign up !!!!
As a qualified and licensed dentist, I can assure you that Jan Drew's advice
and links can be safely ignored.  She is retired daycare center owner with a
personal, ill-founded agenda.  None of the qualified and licensed dentists
who frequent this group endorse her advice and the websites she provides
links to.

So?

I promised you I would not belittle or call you names if you would do the
same.  Obviously, you do not care to be polite.  I wonder why I try.

Dr. Steve does so because he is a mature gentleman.  At some point, I
would not be surprised if he does the online equivalent of the
real-world's turn around and walk away, ( politely).

Once you get an answer to that question perhaps you will discover a
much healthier way to deal with Jan Drew. And the healthier way is
ANYTHING but trying to discuss things with her.

Sorry, I do not qualify for the new newsgroup club. My mission disqualifies me
uniquivocally as Jan's mission is a pushover by comparison.
My theory doesn't even bring resistance barely,  just a very polite silence.
This is the price of a very unpopular theory.  Do you suppose Arafat had a
crohns attack. Waiting for the diagnosis.  It will be interesting to hear.
Just speculating.
One can get as absorbed with crohns as with amalgam.   Only difference is one
is of long term and the other is acute, mostly.
We are hitting the ridiculous already.
Our motto is the same.  "If you have unanswered and undiagnosable symptoms,
think Crohns."
does anybody care.   That IS sad.

I understand completely. I have never really studied Crohns, nor known any who
has it. I hear your suffering and completely respect it.

Gee, I had forgotten about that post.  A classic - kudos to Jan for
reposting.  Wish I had time to look up these things on Google, but I have a
life.
